“We’ve been preparing for a leadership transition for some time,” said Sullivan. “I’ve literally been talking about retiring in two-four years for five years. We started building leadership structure in 2020 – bringing our senior leadership together in stronger collaboration. PK (as Koeckeritz is known around the company) joined us soon after and we quickly saw the impact her business acumen had on our operations and people strategies.”
Priscilla Koeckeritz joined Brin as Chief Operating Officer in 2022 after serving as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer since 2021, She brings unique business experience to Brin. As COO, she played a pivotal role in designing and implementing operational policies that fostered growth, strengthened company culture, and developed talent within the Brin family of companies.
