Minneapolis, Minnesota – January 2025: Brin Glass Company proudly announces the appointment of Dave Zelch as General Manager. Brin Glass, part of the Brin family of companies, which includes Northwestern Glass Fab, Heartland Glass, and St. Germain’s Glass, specializes in contract glazing, glass service, and tenant improvement projects.

With over 30 years of leadership experience across industries such as coatings, paint, lumber, and construction, Zelch is recognized for his ability to develop successful sales strategies and cultivate strong relationships with architects, engineers, and owners. His extensive expertise positions him well to guide Brin Glass into its next phase of growth and innovation.

As General Manager, Zelch will lead the Brin Glass location in Minneapolis, reporting directly to President and CEO, Priscilla Koeckeritz. In this capacity, he will work closely with Rob Dykema, Operations Manager, to achieve the company’s ambitious goals for 2025. Dykema, who joined Brin in January 2024, brings 15+ years of experience in the construction and glazing industries, complementing Zelch’s deep background in sales leadership and driving operational success at Brin Glass.

Zelch shared his excitement for the role, stating, “I’m thrilled to join the Brin team and look forward to collaborating with our talented team members and valued clients.”
