701 Carlson has been an architectural gem since it was built in 1989. Today, it is a multi-tenant luxury property in the Western Metro. A multimillion-dollar remodel and modernization of the 268,000-square-foot landmark completed in 2019, offering tenants the highest caliber of amenities and technology.
The Challenge
The space needed a remodel for new tenants, presenting a significant challenge. The existing structure, designed for previous occupants, was outdated and not suited to the needs of modern tenants.
Our Solution
To address the challenge of remodeling the space for new tenants, our solution was to install new glass doors and partitions. This approach provided several key benefits: it allowed for the creation of flexible and modern workspaces while maximizing natural light, thereby enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal and functionality of the environment.
