The Challenge

The recently restored historic building required new glass for the exterior of the building. The challenge was to incorporate modern craftmanship into the design without detracting from the building’s historic significance. Additionally, the owner wanted to provide a new fitness room for building residents.

Our Solution

Brin Glass Service was able to supply the necessary exterior glass to the owner of the Fitz Flats, which his contractor later installed. Brin also provided and installed the mirrors in the fitness room on the lower level.

Results Accomplished

The Fitz Flats was able to maintain its historic character with a new, luxurious and modern feel.  The exterior glass meets the practical needs of the building while still achieving the historic look the owner desired. The mirrors in the fitness center provide a sleek and modern aesthetic for the residents to enjoy.
