The successful person will be able to work efficiently in a team setting.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspect glass for defects or flaws.<\/li>\n<li>Repetitive lifting of an average of 50-75lbs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Loading and unloading trucks.<\/li>\n<li>Operate in an organized and safe manner.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain tools and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as a team.<\/li>\n<li>Report all unsafe conditions to manager.<\/li>\n<li>Wear provided personal protective equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of a ruler and measurements and be able to pass a measurement test.<\/li>\n<li>Able to stand for 8 or more hours.<\/li>\n<li>Basic computer entry and ability to use other small devices.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with other projects as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Packaging, shipping, and receiving experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Able to lift 75lbs independently.<\/li>\n<li>Able to use power tools such as drills and saws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Brin<\/strong>: Established in 1912, Brin Glass Company, the parent company of Northwestern Glass Fab, has been a leader in the glazing industry for the upper Midwest for over 100 years.
