Common tasks would be measuring broken or fogged windows, identifying aluminum entrance repairs, mirror replacements and window leak investigation. \u00a0The customer base includes commercial property managers, schools, colleges, municipalities, corporations, and small contractors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The geographical market is the Twin Cities metro area.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Collaborate with Service Sales team in managing key accounts effectively, specifically with the Inside Sales Manager and Sales Associates supporting customer projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure prompt responses to inquiries and concerns.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Offer support, estimates, and service to both existing and prospective clients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Ensuring that our customers are highly satisfied with our services and products.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Entry and management of work orders and quote requests to insure accurate and timely service to customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Coordinate with the glazing supervisor to schedule work and provide timely updates to customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Communication of job details to the glazing supervisor and glaziers before the start of the job<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Efficiently manage work orders to optimize productivity and profitability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Address any issues for our customers or with work orders in a timely manner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Processing of completed work orders to ensure timely invoicing and payment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Manage error tracking and re-ordering materials as required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Follow up on qualified leads from Marketing and Business Development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Every 7 to 8 weeks, you will participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours emergency support (weeknights and weekends). During this period, you will assist customers over the phone and forward the request to the Glazier on call.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in the glass, glazing or construction industry preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> 2- or 4-year post-secondary degree, or 5 years relevant work experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Problem solving skills and attention to detail.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Possess sound judgment and decision-making abilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Ability to work with minimal supervision.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Ability to understand and read blueprints.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Proficient in mathematics and adept at using computer applications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Ability to develop long-term relationships with customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Must have multitasking abilities and be able to manage workload efficiently.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Good driving record<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"background: white\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong><span style=\"line-height: 107%;font-family: 'calibri' , sans-serif;color: black\">Physical Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <span style=\"color: black\">Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <span style=\"color: black\">Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>About Brin<\/strong>: Established in 1912, Brin Glass Company has been a leader in the glazing industry for the upper Midwest for over 100 years.
