We Do It Right.\u00a0<\/strong>We invite you to consider investing your strengths here.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health, Dental, Life and Vision Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Flex Benefits \u2013 including Medical Expense and Dependent Care<\/li>\n<li>401(k) with 3% company match<\/li>\n<li>Employee Stock Ownership Program \u2013 an incredible wealth building opportunity!<\/li>\n<li>Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid work model which allows for flexibility to work from home as part of your weekly schedule<\/li>\n<li>Employee Development Focus: including Weekly 1:1 coaching time with direct leadership; culture of \u201cGrow Our Own\u201d for employee development to new roles including leadership roles<\/li>\n<li>Educational Assistance<\/li>\n<li>Career development and advancement opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong>: Receive incoming calls from customers to provide quotes, place orders and answer customer questions.\u00a0 Enter quotes and orders in our ERP system providing acknowledgments and delivery dates.<\/p>\n<p>TYPICAL WORK HOURS: 8:00am &#8211; 4:30pm, Monday-Friday<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter orders and quotes.<\/li>\n<li>Answer customer questions in person, on the phone, and via email.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all information including costs, sale price, delivery dates and products are entered correctly on order transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot problems for our customers.<\/li>\n<li>Answer incoming calls and email requests from customers.<\/li>\n<li>Process customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Process RGA\u2019s for returning product.<\/li>\n<li>Process invoices and prepare credits.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain, strong, long-lasting customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>College graduate or High School diploma with 3+ years\u2019 experience in customer service and order entry<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical\/math skills (Mathematics\/Geometry)<\/li>\n<li>Strong team collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to consistently process transactions accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Ability\/desire to work in a fast-paced industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, with good organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent active listening skills.<\/li>\n<li>Competent in use of Word, Excel, and Outlook. +<\/li>\n<li>Experience in order entry process via a formal ERP system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Brin<\/strong>: Established in 1912, Brin Glass Company, the parent company of Northwestern Glass Fab, has been a leader in the glazing industry for the upper Midwest for over 100 years.
